They are "monsters". Amazing music band. Pity I didn't see them online. :( I haven't visited their concerts yet but I believe - they are great and rock the house during concerts. :)

I struggled to get tickets to the concert in my country, so i will most definitely be watching. Their current stage design is very impressive, to say the least.

I really hope that YouTube continues to progress in this area. My company focuses on live music and event production and live streaming of concerts and shows at venues is the next great untapped market. It can be a combination of both ad sponsored or a small fee (couple of dollars no more than five.)

Some venues are beginning to experiment with this and I'd say within the next three years it will really take off. Bandwith is a factor but the possibilities of seeing concerts all over the globe will help speed this area up. This has the potential to be huge for everyone -artists, the venues, and the fans as long as unmitigated greed is kept in check.

I'm a U2 nut, so I will definitely be watching this, but it might be difficult to do the #U2360 stage justice unless its going to be in 3D. Now, that would be something.

To the question above I would say live streaming is defiantly the wave of the future for a band such as U2. There are many directions with this massive technology thing is, harnessing an implementing it in many ways to benefit all mankind this would be the greatest asset of all.

I will be at this concert which is at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. This should be quite an epic event. I'm really looking forward to it. Now to find the #hashtag to use on Twitter for it.
