Ever since I got an iPhone, the first thing I do in the morning (well, sometimes the first thing ;) is check my personal email and look at my favorite RSS feeds. It's a nice thing to look forward to instead of stumbling around bleary-eyed for a few minutes.

Wake up, check Twitter w/ Twitterfon, check email, shower, drive to office, eat banana. Rarely have a "traditional" breakfast

Since at least one of my devices is never powered down, I check out my iPhone before my feet hit the floor in the morning. Gotta love that Twitter, email, eBay, Twitter...wow.

I'm not really a breakfast eater so I've always eaten breakfast a few hours after I wake up. But I have noticed that not only do I check my email earlier now, but that my boyfriend and family do the same.

Its been internet for a long time. I've got a BlackBerry and sometimes catch myself checking emails in the middle of the night when I happen to wake up. (I've got a puppy so that happens quite frequently.)

I don't skip breakfast though. I'm actually considering getting up earlier to try and keep up with all the online activities when I go back to work. (Currently on leave.) Online living can be overwhelming!

I've a Nokia 6300 with GPRS enabled here in Afghanistan, trust me, the first thing I do in the morning right after i wake up even with eyes opened in half, grab the phone and open Gmail apps on my phone and check my email.

I really can't stop doing it. :)

Yep, that's me. I've been doing that for years. I guess it's an indicator of how deep my Internet geek habits go. But I check email and FB first thing. Twitter not so much because I'm not going to scroll through hours of tweets. Then I move on to breakfast and starting my day.

I usually check Facebook, Twitter and e-mail on my iPhone before even getting out of bed. Both because I'm an addict and because it helps me wake up. Then I have breakfast and break out my actual computer and re-check everything before heading out to work.

I turn off my alarm, roll over, grab my phone, check Twitter, Facebook, & Google News. Then I shower and then I eat before going to work.
