I'm not entirely sure it's good for me...
but then a good breakfast is really important !! fresh fruits, youghurt and a yogi tea :)
facebook,. twitter, emails, news sites are all checked before even getting out of bed
in fact, my laptop stays in bed with me, sleeps with me and is hardly ever off
my mobile phones as well
good to know i am not the odd one out!

I check my FB then breakfast....

- MakeUp
- Dressing
- Breakfast or grab something with me to eat at work
I check my FB, e-mail then breakfast....
unhealthy? but i like it that way..
Pee
Turn on laptop
Plug in water for coffee or tea.
Put in password.
Tap fingers during loading and security checks.
Check water.
Down load email while checking on water again.
Check facebook and twitter.
Make coffee or tea.
Affirm I am not going to spend all day on facebook and twitter.
Drink coffee/tea while scanning through what all my friends have to say and to share.
Look at clock - what do you mean it is 5pm?
Weekends: i am on the laptop first thing. my husband and i usually spend the first hour playing around on news sites, blogs, and social networks. if breakfast is lucky, it'll get consumed during that period. most of the time coffee is the only thing that makes it.
Breakfast is never the first thing I have in the morning.
I check email, Twitter & Facebook then put it down to get some breakfast. Of course sometimes I end up online for about an hour before my stomach starts growling and reminding me of breakfast!
If anyone has any suggestions on how to get the cereal bowl back into the kitchen and washed up, I'm all ears.

Then I think about breakfast and getting ready for work.
(then feed the dog, do the morning stuff, make coffee, have breakfast, with the laptop on the table, where I go to news sites & check email).
It occurs to me that those who eat breakfast first and check Twitter/computer later won't be responding (like we are) before 8 a.m.
Let dog out, open my beloved Apple Macbook pro, check work email, check personal email, check facebook, tweet, check google stats of website, check google adwords campaign, play 15 min of world of warcraft, check work email again....and all of this before 10am which I then eat breakfast!

lol.
And that's on a good day.
Then I get out of bed and get ready for work.
The main reason why I eat my brekkie at the last minute though is so I don't get hungry half an hour after I get into work!

On weekends I make coffee while I turn on my computer and eat breakfast while I check all my accounts. I usually eat breakfast for about three hours...
Leave room, do my faux yoga, grab breakfast, rush back to room to see who has emailed me! Get excited if it's a cutie in my inbox!
Think about working.
Login to Twitter.
Forget about working.
Tweet a few lines.
Remember I have work to do.
Think about the cutie who emailed me.
But I don't think I have a problem..
Then coffee.
Then breakfast.
my typical morning: my blackberry alarm wakes me up. i roll over, exit its "bedside mode" and start my day in its first waking moments reading over the nytimes headlines email and mediabistro's daily newsfeed email and whatever else is typically in my inbox at 8 a.m.
then i read stuff online as i eat my cereal. Internet wins!
Delicious AND modern.
I really can't stop doing it. :)
I don't skip breakfast though. I'm actually considering getting up earlier to try and keep up with all the online activities when I go back to work. (Currently on leave.) Online living can be overwhelming!
