Well, 8 hours in work and 8 ours after work !!! :) But truly that depend on the day, sometimes we build a network all week and then I'm complete off, focusing on OSPF routing to do not broke anything!!! Cheers.

Being a SW Engineer, I need to use the internet for my work as well. In addition to my work, I get all my info on everything and anything on the internet...Overall, monthly usage comes to over 250 hrs.

I would say that I'm in the 250-320 range/month and I still don't have to wear glasses and haven't had laser eye surgery (knock on wood) so I'm proud about that.

I'm a webpreneur so I'm online constantly, and really love it.

Since I produce online docs and an international podcast and market them myself...about 10 hours every day. Even when I am editing I have a separate screen of tabs so I can research and keep in touch. My boyfriend is "mac" and does sometimes sleep with me! The only time I am off is when I run, meditate and teach dancing...so my body is actually in movement. Maybe I have been focused way too long..but I am making progress so I guess it is all worth it and it works for me. I was just remembering a day in 1990 when a man came to the farm I was living at to introduce us to something new called The World Wide Web!

I sleep 8 hours a night, that leaves 16x30, so that's 480. Subtract 8 hours a month for yoga=472, and maybe 15 hours for showers, . I'd say close to 450, half of which are on the iPhone. I listen to podcasts in the gym, so that doesn't count as offline, and I read online, so...Jeez, I'm sorry I started to think about this.
