Finally, AT&T has done something right.
Giovanni Hale
Still, this is the best Friday afternoon in terms of traffic volume that we have seen.
Way to go AT&T!
I am going to update, just for the hell of it, but I really do not see me using it all that much...
however, it's still early in the rollout and i'd like to see how AT&T holds up.
To me, AT&T has failed today!
It's time that Apple end their exclusive contract with AT&T and take their iPhone elsewhere, giving consumers a few more provider options.
An hour on the phone (30 min with a useless customer service rep and 30 with a helpful but ultimately ineffectual tech) solved nothing, and the issue was "escalated"; I was promised a call-back.
I kept asking if it was a network issue; they kept saying it wasn't. But about four hours later it started working fine on it own, and has been find ever since. (AT&T, btw, has yet to call back.)
