Obviously Google is the bomb, but I think "Ads by Google" tend to be trash, and I find it hard to believe that people actually click on them (or pay for them). Automation can help to facilitate connecting Ustreamers with relevant advertisers, but I think some human control is needed from a quality standpoint. I think that video or image ads could work better too. But regardless of the format, I think that having one exclusive show sponsor would be better than selling bunches of meaningless ads.
