Guess I was too enthusiastic. The upgrade of Seesmic Desktop is a FAIL, unless you want to run it for only 5-10 minutes with only one account. Back to TweetDeck.

I still don't get why Seismic doesn't have keyboard shortcuts for retweeting, replying, favoriting, etc. like Nambu.

It's frustrating that Seesmic Desktop 0.4 has such terrible memory issues though. Multiple accounts kill it - CPU usage up and over %50 after just minutes.

Twitter is like a breath of fresh air on the Social Media scene. I have been on it for just a few weeks now and I have met several interesting people. It is a platform to network with people you would like to meet in real life.

I like Seesmic and downloaded their updated version and the features are fine, but the desktop seems to freeze after 15 minutes of use. Does anyone have the same problem?

I fell in love with Seesmic and I hope they also release a windows app. I will probably never buy an iPhone as I love my qwerty keyboard...

I hope that the mobile version is simliar to dabr.co.uk but it some how has columns like the web version of seesmic.

I'm thrilled that Seesmic is spreading out into a Web and mobile app. (And I never thought I'd be thrilled about a Twitter app.) I love Tweetdeck, but dealing with multiple accounts is far easier on Seesmic. No need to have lots of different columns. And the ability to view @s and privates aggregated across all the accounts is so much easier. You can have it either way with Seesmic, separate columns or integrated. Way to go Loic et al.

I do wish they'd add back in (from twhirl) the option to integrate identi.ca and friendfeed accounts.
