It's great how organizations are really starting to use Social Media for the better. Also the Penguins are cute! I'm surprise they sound like wookies though, LOL.

Its nice to see organisations embracing Twitter, I have been following @aberlifeboat (http://twitter.com/aberlife... which is the local Volunteer lifeboat service and they are 'live' tweeting rescues and streaming video(qik) when they can right from the action as it happens. Its great for locals to keep up with what the lifeboat is doing in real time! Love it so much I changed my avatar :)
