Seems like a great app. I did see an article that it leaks memory like a sieve though.

John

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Tweetdeck rooooooooooooooooocks :D

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Oh wow... Tweetdeck brings 12seconds.tv even closer to the masses, the demo could teach a luddite. Who can resist now? I'm going to start thinking pithy in 12 second increments. This is the future of video communication. Congratulations 12x over folks!!!

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Personally, I'm a TweetGrid user. I have downloaded TweetDeck and thought it wasn't much different from TweetGrid (except you had to actually download TweetDeck, whereas TweedGrid does not require that at all). Good move on TweetDeck's part though because I'm a huge 12seconds fan. So, I did find myself upgrading TweetDeck on my laptop and as soon as I am no longer wearing a neckbrace (long story) I will be 12ing again and this time -- give TweetDeck another try. Good job. Way to up the competition.

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Excellent post. As a dedicated Tweetdeck user, I have to say that this is one smart move on their part. It's a perfect addition because, as we all know, twitter is 12seconds.tv without the video. ;)

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not, because it may prevent me from getting any work done at all. I'm already a 12seconds addict and recently started using TweetDeck, which I've become very fond of too. It's so easy to use, it'll probably be my downfall.

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

This is a marriage made in heaven. I love Tweetdeck, I love 12seconds, now I get to use 'em both at once :D. Not to mention the 12 folks are my neighbors, and friends, and CEO @thesolster is one of my favorite peeps. If you want something done, Sol's the one to make it happen!

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

This is AWESOME! I already knew 12seconds.tv and Tweetdeck were kick ass, but now my 12second/tweet experiences will be that much better. Great work on integrating two of the best things on the interwebz.

- Horse_Head (on twitter.com)/StarWarsDork (on 12seconds.tv)

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

I LOVE 12 seconds - I've been a 12seconds.tv user for several weeks now, and I can honestly say it's the future of social networking. 12s micro blogs pushed me out of the "I hate video as a communications medium" camp into the "this is actually pretty awesome" camp with nary a touch net culture shock. Brilliant!

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

ABOUT FREAKING TIME!!!!

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

This is why 12Seconds is the best video site on the web. Don't forget that there's an awesome community of people responding to your videos and making comments on 12Seconds.tv, but I love the ability to do a quick video update in TweetDeck.

This just proves why you don't need millions of dollars of funding or have a high profile CEO to be awesome. You just need a few smart guys who are dedicated to a community, and the team of 12Seconds is the best when it comes to that.

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Dear Internet,

Thank you for making this. It's almost like you read the letter I wrote to Santa last Christmas and brought me the present I prayed to Jesus for.
Developments like these put simplicity back in publishing, which is exactly what everyone using Internet needs, because by this time we all have more online publishing accounts than we can shake a wireless keyboard at.
Thanks for making things easier for us.

Thinking of you,
Dre

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

Pretty cool addition to Tweetdeck, not sure I will use it much but can easily see how it can be useful to people or especially companies for a quick personal message.

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

This sounds crazy!!! But TweetDeck should also think about the RAM it uses. Its as much as Firefox :(

Re: TweetDeck Now Includes 12seconds Video Recording

I saw on Twitter (via Tweetdeck) that Adam said that he may actually try 12 seconds now because of this.

I totally agree with that statement because I am Tweetdeck user and someone who
hasn't felt the need to use 12 seconds. Now that I can record video through
Tweetdeck (which I always have open anyway) I'm much more inclined to use 12 seconds.
