Thanks for sharing with us....

Your best friend. ramesh

Re: Tumblr Submissions: Create Your Own Community-Powered Blog

I currently feature contributors on my blog MoreThanMary.com and I can tell you, it's not as easy as it sounds. My readers expect a certain quality of content, requiring the writers to have experience within an industry and an interesting perspective. Writing for a blog means selecting the most compelling components of a story to make a post "potent." Unexperienced bloggers usually like to recount every detail which bores the average reader with an attention span of 2 minutes per page.

If we're blogging puppy pictures, the more the merrier. But I would be cautious to let people contribute without editing their submissions first.

Re: Tumblr Submissions: Create Your Own Community-Powered Blog

I have a Tumblr set up for True Blood fans http://truebloodfans.tumblr...

Re: Tumblr Submissions: Create Your Own Community-Powered Blog

Here is my Tumblr... great site

http://alontods.tumblr.com/

Re: Tumblr Submissions: Create Your Own Community-Powered Blog

I made a Tumblr community for sharing your photographs, using this feature. Of course, FriendFeed lacks the blog customization that Tumblr does, but as a sharing platform it's about the same or better

Re: Tumblr Submissions: Create Your Own Community-Powered Blog

I've been pondering building a tumblr site for a while and this new feature is seriously putting me close to the "START" button being pushed. I think it's a great idea and will definitely help tumblr gain a foothold in the market where people want to start sites run on peoples submissions.
