Remember the milk is listed in 'free' category. Although it is free in App Store the users still need a RTM premium account (I guess $25/year or something).
  • Erinc · 11 months ago
Unfortunately, Remember the Milk is free only for a limited time. Only Pro users (who pay $25 every year) can use this app. Hopefully, they'll change this soon.

Great review - thank you! I would also add TextLater ... an app which sends you text messages at a future date ... they just released a huge updated making the app even more valuable. I use it all the time as a reminder app because text messages get my 100% attention versus emails, tweets, etc.

Don't forget about zhiing. We help you become more productive with travel
planning, finding a location quickly without logging into a social network.
It's 3-4 steps faster than MapQuest.

Thanks for highlighting our integration with Evernote. The Evernote API was great to work with and the integration has turned out to be a great thing for our users!

It is also great to learn about all the other apps out there. We live in some pretty exciting times!

    What about Fliq?

There are two free iPhone/iPod touch apps on the iTunes App Store that not only let you do more with notes and tasks, but, if you want, you can share them with others over a Wi-Fi network. They are slick, easy to use apps with no installations and no deception (like Remember the Milk - which is indeed NOT free and buggy) about the 'free' aspect.

You can search for "Fliq" on the iTunes App Store or go to http://markspace.com/products/fliq/

With the first Fliq app, you can send photos and contacts via Wi-Fi in one tap. Fliq Notes lets you create, edit, categorize, search, sort and share via Wi-Fi notes and memos.

eWallet is the number ONE! It's the best "wallet" app ever made. I'm a very satisfied client since the first versions for the Palm Pilot! Good post! Congrats!

You should add the free Kindle app to your list of reading online and off. It's great!

I definitely agree with you that Evernote is a great app for note-taking and can potentially save you time with its awesome search feature -- especially when you take advantage of its web+desktop+mobile applications.

I thought of a few more apps that I like -- some of which came out after this post. Here's my list: http://blog.snappsoftware.com/iphone-applicatio...

Let me know what you think, thanks!
