Haven't tried it just yet, but based on description.. it seems it's the same stuff this Greasemonkey script provides. I've been using it for months now and wish Tweetdeck could incorporate it. I find myself bouncing from TD to my Twitter homepage just to see the conv.

Not an useful twitter app. Why do people create such an app that's not with a great value proposition. The only twitter app that I've liked so far is http://www.boilingpage.com, the real-time search engine, that shows the hottest pages on the web based on how popular they are in Twitter. Expecting more apps like this in the future.

twitter can be used by so many for a nearly equal number of purposes. Being able to track a conversation is one of mine. Like another commenter here said, what good is realtime without context?

Dont think I real need the real-time function. Tweetdeck is good for pulling in all my @replies without refreshing. Don't really care if it takes 2minutes to update.

Jaiku offered this a gazillion years ago. And Tumblr does it better. (yes, tumblr has twitter integration now - better than any other web app I've seen as far as threaded conversations goes)

What's the point of a tweet if I can't see the context of it? It's like hearing half of a phone conversation.

Sounds great. But again, I think it's pretty freakin' ridiculous that Twitter is not offering this feature already. What the hell are they doing over there at Twitter. If you're not monetizing yet, the least you could be doing is offering features that improve on the service for users (and, ultimately, advertisers which is what they want). I'm getting sick and tired of going to a dozen third-party apps for simple features that Twitter itself should offer. Blah.
