This guy is a con man. He advertised almost all over the world. I have send USD700+ for 3pcs of iphone (3G) to him send via Western Union. After sending him the money, he told me his company sent the package via Nigeria and it was stopped by custom. He wants another USD400 for custom. I demand a tracking number from a the courier company. He claim can't produce me the tracking number the number is on the package. I asked which courier company he used, he said via UPS then i kept insisting on the tracking number. He came back to me a 1 day later with a Fedex airway bill. I have called and checked with the courier company. They said it was only a generated airway bil, they did not pick up the package. Think people if the package was not picked up, how can the package be stopped by the custom. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS MAN OR COMPANY.

Re: Mashable Launches the Web 2.0 Marketplace: Free for 48 Hours

http://web2.0forsale.com -- no 'www'.

Re: Mashable Launches the Web 2.0 Marketplace: Free for 48 Hours

http://web2.0forsale.com -- no 'www'.

Re: Mashable Launches the Web 2.0 Marketplace: Free for 48 Hours

The pricing is fine. It is a natural progression for the site but it doesnt seem to have been done properly. Plus the price is crazy... $120. Additionally, for the sites for sale i know a few of these are on Ebay or Sitepoint and there seems to be no links to these auctions, only the request to contact the company. This is very fustrating.

Pete you really need to think about your pricing and whether or not the site is design properly and what information is needed and required on both sides of the coin to have a very interactive marketplace.

Re: Mashable Launches the Web 2.0 Marketplace: Free for 48 Hours

It is a natural extension to Mashable, although Steve Poland's web2.0forsale was slowed due to the blog's slow down from his lack of time.

To justify the prce, the market place needs to be big enough.
