holy cow. i had no idea that site was so successful. 20 mill in annual profits? ipo sounds completely ridiculous, but a buyout seems inevitable if these numbers are true.

It's not surprising that Shutterfly is a profitable company. Their service is integrated directly into Windows XP (Order Prints Online). This gives them simple access to millions of digital picture owners.
