I'd wear a tee with a funny status on it in an instant. No one else would have one like it. I'd just want it to be a tee with cute lines, not a boy's t-shirt style.

Interesting application. Too bad it's really not about thinking of the app first but getting more users ;). We've been getting a lot of requests lately about developing apps related to status updates. One thing to be careful is that Facebook is now monitoring what status updates an admin can send, even if users have agreed to it. Alot of random brands, as if this isn't a no brainer, would try to have their names spammed through people's status.

When dealing with such large masses as facebook, 'social media transparency' goes out there door and advertising again becomes a number game.

Perhaps the single stupidest thing I have seen all week, and I've seen a lot.
May I suggest an alternative: take $18 and burn it, then hit yourself in the crotch with a hammer. It's equally stupid, but at least you won't annoy anyone else.

What about copyright issues? Someone came up with something similar to this for Twitter and now it is no longer in operation.

Can't recall the name though. Essentially people were grabbing tweets from people who didn't want their tweets placed on t-shirts.
