This seems like it would be very useful. I am going to have to look into this more closely as I am away from my phones too much.

This sounds like it could be helpful. It would definitely be useful when a client is leaving information that has to be input into a work system.

I've been with Phonewire.com for almost 3 years now and they've always been more accurate than Simulscribe. The price is a little more, but I think it is worth it when I'm using it for my business calls. I can't afford to waste any time guessing what Simulscribe was trying to type.
