Great site, founders, great people, amazing community. I'm on a lot of social networking sites, this one is seriously at the tops of my list for usability, features and has zero of the crap associated with most. Logging the miles has helped me push through some goals and achieve new ones with the help and advice of others.

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

I use http://www.shapelink.com because there I can upload my nike+ and garmin workouts automatically. Would be great if this place could do the same.

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

wow, it looks like finally someone's figured it makes sense to do what nike+ has been doing for a while now. looks like a good idea!

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

Where's the invites?!

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

This site looks really great and could be very useful for staying motivated. Nice work!

I hate to add another "what if", but I really would love the ability to be able to send my workout updates from Twitter. I know that it has Twitter integration, but I am looking for being able to send a reply or direct message like:

@dailymile run 4mi 28:08

Then it could parse it and graph my history over time. I have wanted to do this for a while (http://twitter.com/blueroot... but haven't found anyone to take me up on it yet. :)

Best of luck!

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

I'm a runner, but I haven't tried DailyMile. It would be great if DailyMile had an iPhone application that was integrated with Google Pedometer.

Natasha

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

I've been a member for a while and daily mile is a good site to track your activity. It's also great if you have friends on there. What I don't like is nothing is automated. I use Nike+ for my runs, it would be great it dailymile could grab my runs from the Nike+ site like the runner+ site does. Many other people use the Garmin equipment, grabbing data from that would be great as well. I find myself not wanting to manually add my runs and in the end not using the dailymile site.

Re: Get Fit and Stay Motivated with Dailymile (Invites)

I've signed up!

Was just thinking how useful a service like this would be actually.

Thanks Dailymile!
