In the event that you have the same information overlapping on multiple networks, blogcatalog gives you the option to manually remove single news items from your own feed giving you another layer of display options aside from simply removing services that my overlap altogether.

Kristen, thanks for the review. It's really great. There a few things that I'd like to add.
The widget doesn't really rely on your ability to attract users. In fact, what makes this social feed widget useful is that your social activity stream is now portable. You can take your feed to destinations that already have traffic. Bloggers can place their social activity feeds where traffic already exists.
That is, you can add it on any blogs you have as well as social communities that allow widgets. Given the RSS feed on the widget, bloggers will also gain even more readers by using this widget. The newsfeed also shows up on blogcatalog profile pages. This alone promotes the feed to a large amount of traffic and a vibrant community of bloggers who are intense readers and blog commentators.
