Thanks Stan. Nice list you've got there! I would recommend Billeo. It's a free add-on that I use to help manage passwords,pay bills and shop online. It also reminds you when your bills are due. Very handy!

Great list of tips. I'm glad you added Zecco, the free online trading brokerage to the list. All members gain access to blogging and forum tools, even if you don't have a trading account.

Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. You may find my zecco review helpful if you're interested in setting up a Zecco Trading account.

P.S. Networth IQ is awesome, although the ads are annoying.

I wanted to add that SaneBull platform gives out a bunch of free widgets and plugins, such as live stock ticker info, live market watch and live portfolio widgets. The are iframe embeddable.

You guys totally neglected to mention any high-yield on-line savings accounts like EmigrantDirect, FNBODirect, ING or HSBC.

Almost all of these are offering APY rates many-times higher than the national average, FNBO being the higest I think at 6%

Personal finance is nothing without good savings ...

I know brevity is important for lists like this, so I'll just add that NetworthIQ is a complete social personal finance tool that in addition to letting members track their financial status at a high level (we're not quicken-like, you just enter big picture details once a month), also allows for community interaction with features such as Q&A, tips, and journals.

As for the ads, I'd be interested to know what's overly aggressive about them. This is the first time I've heard that, and I'm always looking to make the experience better.
