This is a very informative article! There doesn't seem to be a place for me to make a successful effort. Before now, I sent a number of messages via e- and snail mail to Obama & several team members about my ideas on long-term unemployment. There have been no responses; no public indication that I've been taken seriously. The Citizen's Briefing Book requires registration; I'm full up with that list from other sites. If the only Americans who strongly want Obama to end long-term unemployment are these unemployed people ourselves, we have no chance of getting enough votes. A pity so many "leaders" confuse poll results with the quality of an idea - or in this case, the seriousness of a problem even to those who think it's not their problem. I have no confidence in Obama to do the right thing, and no hope on him either.
