Yes, but is it for Mac yet? Sigh.

Woot! Incredible quick load time and incredibly low RAM (I'm running at about 14k)

Does anyone actually integrated all their sites into this thing? Like, Adium/Pidgin has always made sense to me. It lets you combine all your contacts across messengers into a single meta contact. Digsby though, lets me throw all sorts of diferent accounts, that you ineteract with differently, into a single applications. It's a good messenger, but IMO the email/network integreation is overkill. It's just too much. If I actually plugged in all my accounts, the application probably wouldn't even shut up, and I don't even have any friends.

I just don't see the point, to be honest. It reminds me of the days when me and my friend would see who could have the most icons in their taskbar.

Actually, you should check out Digsby's merged contacts option to put together those with multiple ims under one name.

Awww, come on, Ryan....you must have SOME friends :)

Seriously, Digsby is totally configurable. If you don't like the notifications, you can turn them off. If the IM pop-up in the lower left of the screen bothers you (like it did me), you can change it to a different position.

Open the preferences and tinker a bit!

I think it's not fair to compare Digsby with FriendFeed, since FF does so many things and D is only aiming to be there. Still, it's nice to see how Digsby is bringing it all together for the desktop. Still waiting for a FF app for iPhone.

Digsby rocks. So much better than Trillian or Pidgin

Sadly though, it misses out on a major, nay the original chat network, IRC.

This makes it near enough useless to developers, who find a lot of support for open source projects are from IRC rooms. A major oversight.

Trillian use to be good, then the team got all up on themselves and decided that their "Astra" was to be always in private beta. Seems to me the company is in trouble.

Pidgen rocks -- cross platform and does everything you need from an chat client without trying to be everything to everyone.

This is my second favorite desktop application. BTW mine uses way less memory now.
