Their alexa ranking shows a gradual downward decline now. Good novelty site but they do not have what it takes for long term success.

live leak is full of hate speech & racism, the old ogrish was better in this regard, and anyway live leak just leeches videos from other places and adds their shitty watermark to uploads. Also the moderators are biased and censor videos selectively.

Liveleak does offer a venue for the terrorist scum to post their re-hased propaganda "kill videos." They all comment on one another's version of martyr death and blowing up vehicles which really is nothing more than glorifying their satanic ways.

Thank God for Liveleak, it's nothing short of revolutionary. For the first time in history, outsiders can now take an almost direct look into the daily realities of a war zone.. The 'old' media just want
to censor everything they deem 'unsuitable' to watch (anything violent basically), thereby they are NOT giving a realistic view of the 'theater of operation'. Also, the propagande pieces of the resistance givbe a whole new insight into what kind of people we're dealing with. Long live LiveLeak!

I appreciated this post quite a bit, actually. New video sites can fill important niches and this one is quickly gaining attention via mentions by leading political figures. Sounds like a point made to me. I had been hearing about the site but needed a short, clear summary of it and the discussion around it.

I find that a lot of times, I'll read something I wrote and just go "wtf was I thinking?" .. but that is why I just keep on posting more... figure it will be buried by the new one, and the next one... :) Good information, and sometimes there really is no conclusion to make.

It makes sense that the media likes to twist pieces like this around since basically internet blogs and sites like liveleak are becoming more and more competition for mainstream media outlets.
