We aggregate all the best content for sports and allow you to filter which sources you would prefer to get your news from. Soon we will be adding widgets, which will allow other sites to grab out content and place it on their sites. Check out FanBoom.com!

Re: OneSpot Launches Publishing-as-a-Service Platform. Excellent point about email: it may be old school, but it's still the primary way of sending content to most people - it tends to get underestimated in the "Web 2.0" discussion.

Right now the product is designed for larger companies – but we're hard at work on a small publisher version of the product, which we will announce in the near future. If you'd like to receive updates, as well as top online media and marketing stories from around the Web, just sign up for our newsletter. OneSpot has many different applications in different shapes and sizes and our goal is to serve all of those different audiences.

Re: OneSpot Launches Publishing-as-a-Service Platform. OneSpot is more of a "top stories" engine: it finds the stories from around the Web that are likely to be interesting to a given audience, independent of any specific story. Put another way, OneSpot can find interesting content even for people who don't have content at all to start with.

We see Sphere as a complimentary service: as you also say, OneSpot and Sphere are used by a number of the same sites.

Re: OneSpot Launches Publishing-as-a-Service Platform. I've seen 'Related content from Sphere' on sites like WashingtonPost.
