MobileStorm (Stun!) is another popular service for email (they also do SMS).
We actually use Constant Contact, they charge on the size of your list vs. the # of emails you send. It was also very easy to get started with CC, we were able to open an account, add our list, and send out an email same-day.

This is a very comprehensive list and youtube has tutorials on using aweber and probably the other services too. Regular follow up is very important. I know that when I sent cards to clients for the holidays one year I had some people schedule appts that I hadn't seen in 6 months. It is important to maintain and build the relationships.

You missed out on Boomerang email marketing. They've been around since 1991. Great company offering email, fax, surveys, and all kinds of other marketing tools. Most are easy do-it-yourself, but they also offer full service too. We love the product, inexpensive pricing, and great customer service.
Great list. Another excellent email newsletter service that provides both pre-written articles (you can choose from 12+ topics) and email list management and reporting is http://www.eNewsletterSolutions.com.
While there's hundreds, if not thousands, of companies offering campaign management, there are not many that provide the content. And, I don't know about you, but it's finding time to write good content that's hard.
