Ever since facebook applications started, facebook has gotten very much so cluttered from its original idea. Making it quite similar to its nemesis, myspace.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I think Kevin's idea behind pownce was to give a simplistic design to a not so simplistic idea (status' change quite often).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I do believe that Kevin has a great idea, since his initial thought was to make a website where people could "transfer a file from one cube to the other" and so forth.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;While I give full credit towards the hard workers putting together facebook applications (like the pownce application), I feel as if it only contributes to the now "clutter" that the twitter apps and other apps add.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;It is getting old having 100 accounts of social network usernames scattered accross the internet and having each website trying to link to one another.
