    Adam,

How can you write a post like this and forget to mention Joost?

    Cheers,

Apparently the iPhone now has more buzz/hype than iDay.

I think that it is interesting that only three of these products are really new. Pownce is less than a month old. The iPhone was just announced in January of this year. Twitter is just barely one year old. Facebook, though, is over three years old. Usually, crazy hype happens about a product when it is new. Yet, Facebook has managed to become one of the most hyped products three years after it was launched. I haven't really seen much in the way of talking about this. Maybe I'm just odd in thinking that's the most interesting part.

Without a doubt, the most hyped at least on Mashable is Facebook. I don't think a single day has gone by since they launched their platform that Mashable hasn't written a post about them. Of all the a-list tech blogs, no one else is simultaneously feeding the hype and reveling in it as much as you are.

I'm a fan of Mashable and long time reader but I personally think it's time to seriously turn down the facebook noise. You should consider creating a new blog specifically dedicated to Facebook similar to "Inside Facebook" and "All Facebook".
