God, these "dozens of sites fitting some criterion of dubious relevant to anyone with a life" posts really piss me off. So does the current "Rock the Cashmore" campaign, simultaneously stimulating the narcissism of Mashable, the greed of its pathetic readers, and the gag reflex of any right-thinking person.

I don't think ListenToYourWife.com is all about hatred.. I checked out the site and it looks like its more of a destination portal for wives. Perhaps the name gives off the wrong impression. Sounds like a good niche play.

RipOffReport and it's founder Ed Magedson have been under investigation several times for fraud and extortion.
I knew someone who had a false posting written on ripoffreport -- and when both parties agreed to take the posting off, there was no way to do so and ripoffreport asked for a ridiculous sum of money.
So...beware.

The fact they even ask for $500 dollars to consider removing a negative consumer report doesn't seem to fit the profile of a consumer protection site.
They do not accept consumer complaints submitted against themselves. So I second this beware notice!

Really great information. Some of these web sites are absolutely hysterical- but it's a great way to let off some steam without anyone getting hurt :)
im 12 years old. if my dad dosnt stop drinking my parents are getting a divorce. my "best friend" is a backstabber and a slut. my grades are failing in school beacuse every night i listen to my dad beating my mom.so i dont get enough sleep. my brother smokes pot and comes home at who knows when and crashes on the couch i worry about him all the time. on top of all this i have to go to councling at school and i have no friends beacuse everyone thinnks im "phyco" for going to the councler.
