    It is hard work ... no surprises there ... I have been doing videos for a year ... in Spanish (a much smaller market) and now I start to see things moving ....

    Not that I can even compare myself with the ones you mention .... :D

    With 2-3 million views per month (that's what? 500,000 viewers per episode for a five-minute episode), Ask a Ninja is getting an audience close to some of the small shows on cable TV, which benefit from the networks' massive advertising sales teams. I would be curious to compare the difference in advertising revenues per user between a small cable TV show and a major video podcast. Does anyone happen to have the data?

    How about a post on what makes a video go viral? Probably some factors to consider:

    length of video
    comedic value
    cross culture scalability
    subject matter
