I also reviewed iStats as well.  I have personally used &lt;a href="http://WeightLossWars.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="WeightLossWars.com"&gt;WeightLossWars.com&lt;/a&gt; and it worked very well for me.  The competition aspect was a good motivator for me personally.
