I just can't wait for it to go public so we can all see what kind of money they've got flowing. Oh, and I'd like to invest... :)

I just can't wait for the bubble to burst and for people to realise that it's already overvalued...

    The "new google"... Right...

If I didn't know any better I'd say a hell of a lot of bloggers were already investing in facebook. Arrington in particular. There's very few days where I can look at techcrunch without seeing at least one post on facebook. Usually completely comprised of fluff too.

    i don't think it's the next Google.

mark z's response "is that a question?" seems so egoistic. nothing is certain in this world - only change.

"Swisher dealt phrases like “early mistakes (have been made)” and claimed that the age of the “toddler CEO” may exacerbate the ill effects of high-profile errors." What Swisher doesn't understand that these are not mistakes but innovation. I would rather see a company that is willing to make mistakes to give me something new rather then just follow the status quo. I love watching Old People get so upset about a young CEO. It seems those same Old People are the ones that never really made it because they were afraid of making early mistakes.

The CBS interview was not for people like us (anyone reading mashable) it was for our parents and everyone who gets there news from places like 60 minutes. My Mom who doesn't have an email called me to say "FACEBOOK" is on 60 minutes. Then she called me to talk all about it which has never happened in the past 3 years I told her about it. So in my eyes score another victory for Facebook.

of course age and wisdom don't necessarily go hand-in-hand, but there is a lot to be said for experience, and the older you get, the more chances you have to gain it.
