The Google number is not quite as good as the existing free 411 service, 1-800-Free411, which has live operator support (Google doesn't) and business, residential, and gov't listings (Google just has business). Moreover, we have category search at 1-800-Free411 now: http://www.free411.com/about/pressreleases/p200....
