Or are they giving them a piece of the action?

It's all pre-orchestrated for maximum exposure...or it's just my over active imagination.
We're working on ways to improve the checkout experience and feeling of safety- there will be a number of updates over the next few days.
Derek- gaining exposure for a Facebook launch by being blocked on MySpace is actually not our plan- but only because we've already got a Facebook app! ;)
The MySpace Terms of Use actually state that the site may not be used for commercial purposes. We take this to mean that they don't want you to place adverts whose revenue is not going to MySpace, or gain exposure for a business by spamming etc. They currently allow bands to sell their music- surely "commercial" to the same degree as an artist selling a painting by using Flogd?
If they ban us, MySpace will be potentially alientating a number of their users (bands selling CDs, merchandise etc.) as well as a number of charities we are working with to provide donation services through MySpace. They don't seem to be terribly worried about alientating their users by blocking third-party applications, however they'd be nuts to block it while Facebook steams ahead. MySpace also does not currently remove links to PayPal- links which are very likely to be supporting a commercial application.
Cheers guys, all your feedback is always most welcome.
