Rather it is for those who choose to exercise the right of citizenship, one hard won by those who have suffered a great deal. I will not assume that you have nor witnessed suffering, but you certainly display little recognition of the fact that political change does not happen if you don't act.

The suckers are those who are made to believe that they can contribute nothing and in their ignorance, attempt to convince others to do nothing. Your disinclination to be an active thinker is the destructive worm that infects a society, allowing the population to be ruled by irrational fears and willful ignorance.

Re: Barack Obama’s MySpace Ambitions

You may find my post, The Coming Digital Presidency, about how social network technology will transform not just getting elected, but governing, of interest:

http://mathoda.com/archives...

Re: Barack Obama’s MySpace Ambitions

That damn african ain't gonna last one month if they elect him. It would be a miracle if he is elected. You naive people need to wake up. it's only one black man that can save us and that is the black man Christ. Voting is for suckers. What's a better way than online, and even better.. myspace and facebook.

-homeboy
http://www.barackobamaismyh...

Re: Barack Obama’s MySpace Ambitions

hear hear!!!!

Re: Barack Obama’s MySpace Ambitions

I can't get past the logo. Edwards has a pretty robust DailyKos style blog network that allows you to vote on other people's blog posts, maintain a blog an diary and upload your own video/audio. Clinton's site has a robust set of tools as well - she has just purposefully chosen to go with more of a top-down approach instead of embracing social networking and blogging.

Re: Barack Obama’s MySpace Ambitions

Well, we do need to promote the best man for the job.
