And it sucks that they're going after the little guy. If those bastards picked a fight with a company like GOOG, it would be all over. The Big G can afford the 1,000 dollar an hour lawyers, which is exactly why no one messes with them.
With a system like this, only one group actually benefits: Lawyers. Most of the money the MPAA and RIAA extortionists win in court gets spent on legal fees. The whole thing is a total waste.
