Myspace been going down hill for a while now. Facebook looks like and trying to follow. I tried teh twitter. It's ok but nothing really enjoyable.

i wonder when someone will build a personal network management system. not an aggregator to view them all, but like a content management system to easily publish, update, etc. to all of your different social networks from one location. I guess the participants would have to be partnered in it and would probably want some $. Is anyone doing this?

I can't believe that my favorite feature wasn't even mentioned!
8hands aggregates all of your friends and rank them while showing your top 8 friends and updating the changes in their spots.
That cute little software helped me notice I got some spammers within my friends- I've instantly deleted them .

I've tried using 8hands, and it seems a little buggy (on vista ultimate anyway)... It got to a point where I run the program, and it instantly went into a "Program not responding" state. So unfortunately I've had to uninstall it. :/

I love this software. Seems like they worked out many of the earlier bugs and seems to run OK on my XP system. Makes my life a lot easier in managing the other networks that I don't always login to (just how many social networks am I going to be a member of?) and like the other comment above, I know when I've got spam or other junk that fills my friends list. Very useful and I can't wait to see the next updates.

This a great idea and I'll love to see it when it's in release form (after it's had some feedback on usability). I hope they offer LinkedIn because, aside from Facebook, it's the only network I care about.

The interface is confusing (i.e. there is a generic avatar representing me since I posted to my own wall) and really offers no benefit. There are already Flickr integrations in Facebook too, so what's the value proposition?
