Hope we see a better President next time.

Re: Obama Does the Twitter

Is he deleting old updates before putting up new ones? Or is it just that his Twitter account is no more informative than some of his stump speeches? Right now, it shows "1 Update," but it's different from the one in your screencap. Weird.

Obama has an amazing social network built on his own My.BarackObama.com, but his campaign was pretty late jumping in on Twitter, with an update-less account lying dormant for several weeks. The way you tack on "John Edwards has already created a profile on Twitter as well" makes him sound like a johnny-come-lately, when in reality he was tweeting all over the campaign trail since Twitter first hit the bigtime (http://twitter.com/johnedwa..., and even Joe Biden campaign updates were being tweeted (http://twitter.com/joebiden) for weeks before Obama's "Haven't updated yet" turned to content. I'd almost say Obama missed the Twitter wave -- it was *so* March! :-P If, as they say, Ustream is the new Twitter, then the real story about this debate weekend is that Sen. Chris Dodd actually Ustream'd a live feed from his staff during the debate; talk about your bleeding edge candidate! (I wonder if anyone watched....)

Re: Obama Does the Twitter

Chris: It's hyperlinked http://twitter.com/barackobama

Re: Obama Does the Twitter

Do you have his link at Twitter?
