Their heat maps are a fabulous way to target areas to look into (or avoid depending on whether you want to follow the crowd or not). This was a key site in our research. We were even able to check our listing price against what was happening in the neighborhood, while keeping an eye on prices in the neighborhoods we were considering for our move. I was surprised that the other major real estate sites don't even have RSS feeds.  &lt;a href="http://Realtor.com" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank" title="Realtor.com"&gt;Realtor.com&lt;/a&gt; doesn't have one and has left the door open for Trulia to come onto the scene.
