I was going back and forth on Zillow, Property Shark, Trulia - but find myself liking Trulia best!

Discovered Trulia last year when we were getting ready to put our home up for sale and were considering other areas of the country we might want to live. Their heat maps are a fabulous way to target areas to look into (or avoid depending on whether you want to follow the crowd or not). This was a key site in our research. We were even able to check our listing price against what was happening in the neighborhood, while keeping an eye on prices in the neighborhoods we were considering for our move. Thanks for highlighting this great site.

Trulia rocks. I was surprised that the other major real estate sites don't even have RSS feeds. Realtor.com doesn't have one and has left the door open for Trulia to come onto the scene. I wish them the best.
