In order for these great sites to work effectively, you need a broader job hunt strategy. http://www.jobadee.net is definitely one of the sites that helps you figure out your strategy...develop your strategy first...then go for it some of the above sites.
Second - be careful of over exposure. Targeted networking is FAR more effective.
