If you're doing anything online, you *have* to be at this event. Drive or fly in if you have to. Because:

1. Mashable's people will be there. Getting the know the people who report about your business is tremendously helpful when you're growing a company.

2. Your industry will be there. Being around people who are building the future will help you generate great ideas.

3. The conference will be there. Community Next is bringing some the leaders in New Media.

4. Your future employees (or jobs) will be there. You've got to know that there's networking is the best way to find employees (and jobs).

Do what you have to do to get to this event. And when you get there, come by and say hi to me.
