It sounds like ReviewMe is trying to grow in the wrong direction.
As a blogger I don't want to mix content not written by me in with my content. This will just confuse readers.
Why should I risk loosing readers just so an advertiser can get a link?

Despite what everyone pretends, ReviewMe is about passing pagerank and link juice. The text surrounding the actual link is just a cover for that. This is not evil or anything as Google says it is - but PayPerPost and ReviewMe are just respectable ways of selling text links.
