    Hi,

I agree that a good software should be paid for.
Even some of the free public domain software, many times deserves a compensation, which many times can be done by clicking one of those donate buttons.
Of course that I think that sometimes the prices are too high, namely here in Portugal.
Now, the only thing that may put an obstacle on the sales of this product is the monthly fee.
Of course that for those who own houses through all the world and work with companies such as La Perla, that's less than pocket change.
But I believe that in the future they'll have to revise the price policy, for the competition is peeking.

    Have a nice weekend,

    José

I just read an article which says 1 out of 10 Americans are aving problems with mortgage payments. Foreclosures are booming, and teh real estate industry is in the worst slump ever. And in the middle of all this carnage, who exactly is going to pay for software which helps you manage the paperwork for a second home?

Thank you for sharing with me this software. It seems very intriguing and something that I would be interested in using.

Is this really considered a "start up"..

Total waste of time. People don't need to manage their homes, they need to list them for occupancy. 70 bucks a month for what? A paper trail. I don't think homeowners, even the weathly ones would need this service.

Don't waste your time with this software. It is a run-around with the owner who is a scam artist.

    Hi Traci,

I am starting up a vacation rental business in Florida and was looking at software. Wondering about your experience with tenantwiz. What are you using?

    Thanks for any help,

    Kim

Been using the software for almost 6 months now and I have to say it has tremendously helped me succeed in running my vacation rental business and completely automated the process. I was actually a realtor for over a decade and when the market started faltering I picked up vacation rentals as a side job, and at this point it's my primary source of income.
