Twitter obviously. There have been rumors that LinkedIn has used Joyent to handle some infrastructure issues. Then there is also those Facebook accelerators. Makes you wonder...

That aside, it seems to me like this might be a lesson in how technology can fail.
I mean, really--if this really were some sort of conspiracy targeting the most popular site, wouldn't MySpace have been nuked?
