Twitter was all the rage at the South by Southwest conference this year. I have to say I couldn't see why anyone would want all those junk messages coming to their handheld...but this Woot strategy is pretty interesting. Makes me wonder how we might use it in the NFL.

I wondered how Twitter were going to make some money. As long as it's not too intrustive and detract from the cool site that it is then I'm happy with it.

Have you seen www.celebritytwitter.com it tracks the life of celebs. Is this the start of the end? or is it the start of a complete alternative to email. I guess only time will tell.
