I did a podcast with AutoSpies.com founder Pete Buffamanti & their VP of Technology Chip Grueter.
It will definitely be interesting to see how the digg model is applied to niches. Certainly digg is appealing in the sense that not only do users effectively create their own content, but the model is structured such that the digg clone receives more inbound links, and as a result gets higher Google rankings across more searches, which increases traffic.
