Bloody tree loving, dolphin hugging, save the gay whales, leftys. Some comments are best left censored in my opinions, especially as most of the turkeys that want free speech are fine until your opinion differs from theirs, then suddenly it's hate speech.

I both agree and disagree with Vince, there--no comments should be censored. If you don't like 'em ignore 'em. Easy as that.
And yeah, it's totally hypocritical to even have a legal term "hate speech". I'm against calling them "hate crimes" too. To me your motivation to commit a crime shouldn't--just that you committed the crime is enough. Hate speech is the same thing. Say what ever you want unless it offends people. I blogged on a couple of cute blond girls who sing racists songs a while back and got all sorts of people saying they shouldn't be allowed to record their music. I hate their music, too (not only is it racist, it sucks), but stop them from expressing themselves? When did the USA become the USSR?
