We believe making new real world contacts can help our members whether they are looking for a new job, new clients, potential customers or team members or just interested in meeting new people for business or social purposes. Even today, it's typically not what you know but who you know so real world contacts matter (my last two jobs were obtained through contacts rather than recruiters or ads). MeetingWave's goal is to provide a free versatile, flexible tool that allows our members to make new real world contacts anyplace, anytime.

Regarding member profiles and integrating data from other sites, our members can add a link to an external site to their profile pages such as a link to their LinkedIn, Facebook, Flickr or MySpace profiles. We agree profile information is important since it helps the decision making at both ends of the meeting invite - whether a member is considering accepting another's invite or deciding whether to approve the acceptance of their posted invite by another. So we encourage members to provide some background information in their profiles.

Also, we recently launched Meeting Alerts which allow members to save Advanced Searches (e.g., search by zip code or keyword) and MeetingWave will notify them by email when an invite gets posted meeting their search criteria.

We have many improvements in the pipeline and appreciate any feedback to help us prioritize our efforts and keep improving the site.

Thanks again and happy new year.

John Boyd, founder
www.meetingwave.com/blog

Re: Setup Your Own Job Interview With MeetingWave

This is most useful tool for Interview holders like recruiters.
Because their in no need is to come in the offices and waste the time.
Nowadays net meetings are also increasing.
