It is a neat idea. I remember all the chaos and bedlam in New York in 2004. And that was for the Republican Convention, when Dem supporters came flying in with no clue where to stay and total strangers took them all into their homes.

I've subletted often and I've never had a problem with my guests. I've made many friends this way. It's a cool website and I hope it does well.
