thank u for the oppertunity,,,,,, can u tell me how i could get my music on the site?? ,, there's plenty of places to "sell" your music,,, but no where to promote it. any help u could give me would be appreciated

The article could be misleading. Merlin is not a record label but a licensing agency which represents independent record labels. See the Billboard article for reference:
