:-P
Bebo is a social network.
Mashable is a social networking blog.
Therefore...
;)
You should have checked your email more thoroughly. We launched "Where are the Joneses?" - the fully mashable sitcom a month ago, but you seem fixated by Bebo's 'reality' show.
Leave the VC infused world of web2.0 alone for 10 minutes and pop over to www.wherearethejoneses.com and have a play. It's the first comedy built entirely on RSS feeds from various (web2.0) applications (Wordpress, Wikidot, Twitter, Dapper, Yahoo!Pipes, Youtube, Facebook, Myspace).
Thus the whole project is in an eternal beta. None of us knows how this will turn out. We add functions and content daily.
The project wiki is where the audience can guide the storyline. They can even Twitter in suggestions through our Scriptter tool.

All the media is under Creative Commons BY-SA, meaning there are no commercial restrictions on re-use.
The talent pool and script management is by Steve Coogan's UK production company - BabyCow.
Did I mention the Joneses Facebook Group? It's the project's communication back channel.

APIs have never been so much fun. ;)
P.S. The whole thing is Sponsored by Ford Motor Company making this the largest sponsored 'media cloud' on the web today.

As for where are the joneses - neat idea, but poor acting and dull content so far.
Pete is right to feature this given the high profile of its predecessor Lonelygirl15.
Surely the point of 2.0ness is that anyone can jump in and tweek the project to make it better. Pop over to the Joneses' wiki site and have a dabble.
Everyone has a gag in them. Somewhere.
