I think it is unfair to expect craiglist to go through every ad feature... they should instead have a report this feature like youtube.com

I must say the judge is right in this case. Craigslist must get millions of listing per days and it would require a very large team of people who would keep up with these postings and monitor the language in order to remove questionable postings the minute they are featured. At least if they have a window in which to do so...it's far more feasible.
